LWSS Placement is software for senior placement agencies. It searches licensed-facility records, contacts facilities you select by text message and AI phone call, and organizes their answers so you can share them with your clients. LWSS is not a placement agency, does not place residents, and does not verify what facilities tell you.
The platform subscription is $99 per month, billed by Stripe each month until canceled. Your first month covers account setup and provisioning. After the first month, cancel anytime from Manage subscription on the Credits page, effective as shown in that billing portal. You can also update your card and view invoices there.
Text messages and AI calls are paid from a prepaid balance, bought in $25 packs. Current prices are 2 cents per text message segment and 17 cents per AI call minute, billed by the second. Before outreach starts, LWSS shows an estimate and holds enough balance for possible calls; unused holds return to your balance. Outreach stops when the balance runs out. Purchased prepaid balances are nonrefundable, including unused credits, even if you cancel your subscription, except where required by law.
You confirm that the information you enter is accurate, that you will use LWSS only for lawful placement work, and that you will keep your login private. Facilities that reply STOP are not contacted again. You are responsible for checking facility information before relying on it and for what you choose to share with clients.
Facility listings come from public licensing records and may be incomplete or out of date. Availability, prices and room types come from the facilities themselves.
Your agency's client and search information belongs to your agency. LWSS stores and processes it only to run the service. Client links are shared only when you choose to send them.
LWSS is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, LWSS is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
If these terms change, you will be asked to accept the new version. Each acceptance is recorded with its date and version.
